Good intentions! I can give them that much, but sometimes they don't feel like they have a very good grip on...

Let's call it their superpower! Over reality. That's why people get mad at them, and it's really the only agreeable outlet.

Oh! That's something fun, there's a lot in this city. I came here a few months ago too.

If people understand they have good intentions, a poor grip on a superpower is somewhat forgivable, isn't it? Reality feels too large to have perfect control over all the time.

Any place you'd recommend to see?

Haha, you're a really relaxed guy about that stuff. But you have a point, I just wished they took a little more responsibility somehow.

The Towers are pretty cool for shopping! I also like the Recolle Aquarium for someplace quieter. Both are pretty?

I've heard "too calm, it's creepy" more than relaxed, to be honest.

The Towers are huge... And crowded. Walked around the first floor once, and barely made it out alive. I'll check out the aquarium though. I like sea creatures.

I wouldn't find a calm person creepy unless they were following me with a weapon or something, but that has less to do with the calmness itself.

Congrats on surviving, it's not for everyone though, I just like people watching more than shopping. Sea creatures are soothing to look at thpugb! Some zoo animals too, but it's getting too cold to visit the zoo, I think.

I do carry a pocketknife. But you can't tell, because it's in my bag.

The animals will likely be inside as well, in a zoo. Bad for the zoo, though, not having visitors.

I carry a knife too, so we're even!

Probably. But I'm not sure if the indoor environments are as open. Some probably sleep too.

Oh, the zoo has a theater! For like, documentaries and popular movies on a really big, curved screen. Also the inevitable gift shop, so I think they make it out okay.

Oh, didn't know that about the zoo. Maybe I'll go live in the theater.

Are you sure? You'll smell like popcorn and sushi forever.

I wouldn't mind smelling like sushi. Soy sauce and ginger...

Crap not sushi. They smell good though, I agree.

It's those drinks that are half crushed ice, slushies?

Too cold, too sweet... Haven't had one in a while, so I don't know what they smell like.

I went to see a movie and tried one with my host brother.

Mine smelled like cold and fake cherry syrup. So candy-sweet?

...Taste the same?

Yeah! Especially when it melted and my tongue didn't get numb.

The zoo's theater needs a better menu. Find a luxury one to stay at! I bet the seats would be comfier.

Right. I'll go start my quest for luxury movie theaters.

I won't deny the draw of gourmet popcorn, but please tell me you still have somewhere nice to stay.

Don't worry. Sometimes I sleep over at Expressive. Or the vet's.





I also have an apartment. Not as nice, but it's home.

I heard lots of household things go on sale after Thanksgiving, so maybe get a nice blanket for your apartment? Then it can be a little nicer.

Mmhm. Going to save up for a huge feather one for the winter. Then I can stay home and never leave the bed.

[odapologist]

I won't argue with the idea, I want one myself...

Don't you have important things to do, like classes, or jobs?

Oh yeah... School I can do from home, but not work. But I could take the blanket with me to work. Maybe.

[odapologist]

Follow your dreams! Just don't trip. Where do you work, out of curiosity?

[compendiem]

Expressive, for the most part. Internship at the vet's. Got an interview at the Tea Kittle later this month. All standing jobs with little risk of tripping.
